The Minerva is made of high-strength quartz and resins. It complies with European Directive CE 2002/72 on materials in contact with food and withstands dry heat up to 180 °C.

How is it cleaned and maintained?
Daily cleaning is done with water, soap and a soft cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid products with solvents or concentrated bleach. If any limescale marks appear, a little white vinegar helps remove them. See all the instructions in our maintenance manual.
