In 2010, the company Elleci launched a new kitchen sink conceptthe electrofregaderoAdvertised as a revolutionary product, the sad reality is that the novelty went no further and did not seem to achieve the expected success.

Under the name Washer 120this sink had a very carefully thought-out design pursuing one main objective: to make the user's work as easy as possiblebut also to place special emphasis on the environment thanks to the use of electronic applications.

These applications were put into practice through multiple accessories that included trituradores, washing bowls that worked by ultrasound and were said to ensure maximum cleanliness in food, and an oil vacuum for the responsible collection of oils used during food cooking, whose main objective was not to damage the sink.

A very good idea backed by a long process of study and technological innovation which, however, went no further than the novelty represented by its launch. Even so, many sinks designed later applied some of the ideas once launched by Elleci.
